      内容简介:《生产系统建模与仿真》是高等学校工业工程专业本科主要专业选修课,主要以生产系统为主线,重点介绍工业生产系统仿真的基本理论和基本方法。主要内容有,输入数据分析、离散系统仿真的基本方法、随机数与随机变量的产生、输出数据分析、Flexsim仿真编程等。通过本课程学习使学生到达,对能对简单的工业生产系统进行统计分析,建立系统仿真模型。利用GPSS语言进行仿真编程,在计算机进行仿真运行,对工业系统的仿真结果进行分析,找出系统的薄弱环节,并进行改进。

      Course Description: This course is a major undergraduate professional elective course of Industrial Engineering, which focuses on the production system. It mainly introduces the basic theory and method of the industrial production system simulation. Main contents include the input data analysis, the basic method of discrete system simulation, random number and the generation of random variables, output data analysis and Flexsim simulation programming, etc. Through learning this course students should be able to analyze simple industrial production systems and set up the system simulation model. They can develop the simulation programming using GPSS languages, run the programming in computer, analyze the simulation results of the industrial system, find out the weak links in the system and make improvements.

      内容简介:工程经济学以工程项目及生产系统为主体,以技术—经济系统为核心,研究如何有效利用资源,提高经济效益。课程研究各种工程技术方案的经济效益,考虑技术在使用过程中如何以最小的投入获得最大产出;如何用最低的寿命周期成本实现产品、作业以及服务的必要功能。主要讲授资金的时间价值与等值计算、投资项目经济效果的评价方法、不确定性分析、设备磨损补偿、价值工程和生产成本控制等内容。学生在掌握一般工程实践活动其经济效果的评价基础上,能够对生产系统的技术经济进行评价,如:价值工程中对于各种产品其成本和承载功能的分析,产品研发再设计的分析;生产成本控制,推行Cost Down项目;生产设备更新时机选择,租赁,购买等综合评价等。

      Course Description: Engineering economics focuses on engineering projects and production system and study how to effectively use resources and improve economic effects. The economic benefit of all engineering technical scheme will be analyzed in consideration of minimizing input and obtaining maximum output, and providing products, operations and service under lowest lifecycle cost. This course focuses on time value of money and equivalent calculation, evaluation methods for investment projects, uncertainty analysis, equipment compensation, value engineering, and production cost control. Through this course, students can understand general engineering practice and perform economic evaluation on production system such as cost/function analysis, product development and design, production cost control, cost down projects, equipment update time, purchase and comprehensive evaluation, etc

      Course Description: "Industrial Statistics and Application" is a cross edge discipline from management science and mathematical and statistical science.       内容简介:基础IE是工业工程专业的主干课程,是进入专业课程培养的第一门必修课,是培养工业工程专业人才的重要基础。课程主要内容有(1)工作研究,包括:方法研究(程序分析、操作分析、动作分析),作业测定(时间研究、工作抽样、预定时间标准);(2)现场管理,主要介绍现场管理的概念,5S活动和定制管理,目视管理及生产过程异常管理及防错;(3)流水线组织设计及产线平衡等现场改善专题、标准作业指导书(SOP)的制定、制造档案编制、现场改善提案撰写等内容。通过学习能够掌握以下知识体系:(1)掌握并能熟练运用方法研究和作业测定技术,会制定作业标准时间,改善工作流程等,会进行生产现场改善,生产线平衡,现场管理优化等分析;(2)掌握必要的实践技能与分析方法,如流水线组织设计、标准作业指导书(SOP)的制定、制造档案编制等。

      Course Description: This course is a core course for the major of Industrial Engineering, which is the first required course for professional training. It mainly focuses on (1) work research, including methods (program analysis, operation analysis, motion analysis); work measurement (time study, sampling, predetermining time standards). (2) onsite management, including concepts, 5S activities and customized management, visual management and exception management during processes and error-proofing. (3) assembly line design and production line balancing and other site improvements, developing standard work instructions (SOP), manufacture file preparation, site improvements proposal writing and so on. Students after training can master and use work measurement technology, set standard operation time, improve the working process etc., and improve production site, line balancing, field management optimization analysis.       内容简介:数据库技术是计算机软件领域的一个重要分支,是数据处理和信息管理中的核心技术,也是一门综合性的软件技术,是使用计算机进行各种信息管理的必备知识。本课程侧重于强化理论知识的应用,系统完整地介绍了数据库系统的理论及应用系统的开发知识。其中应用部分以Visual FoxPro 6.0为开发工具。本课程主要介绍数据库系统结构、数据模型、关系数据库、关系代数和关系演算、查询优化、SQL语言、关系依赖、数据库的设计和管理、Visual FoxPro6.0的数据表的操作,还介绍了查询和视图的创建、编程基础、表单和控件的使用、报表和菜单的设计及应用系统的连编和发布等。

      Course Description: Database technology is an important branch of computer science, which is the core technology in data processing and information management. It is also a synthesized software technology and necessary knowledge for information management. This course focuses on the application of database. Basic theory and development technology about database systems will be presented. The Visual Foxpro 6.0 development tool is selected for teaching. Database system’s structure, data model, relational database, relational algebra, SQL language and database management technologies are given in this course.
