      课程简介(中英文):

      该课程的目的是使学生对物流行业、物流工程专业有所了解。课程内容主要分为两部分:第一部分主要介绍物流行业发展、人才需求、专业设置及培养计划等内容,让学生对自己所学习和从事的专业深入了解;第二部分主要讲授物流业态、物流流程、物流职能等内容,围绕物流工程专业核心课程进行概括性讲授,为学生建立一个整体的专业知识框架,为以后的进一步学习打下基础。

      Course Description: The purpose of this course is to let students have a better understanding on logistics industry and the major of logistics engineering. The course is divided into two parts: the first part mainly introduces the development of logistics industry, talent demand, major settlement and cultivation plan, etc, which help students understand what they will learn and what career they may choose in the future; the second part mainly shows the forms of logistics, logistics process, logistics functions, which will be presented around the core courses of this major and lay a solid foundation for the construction of the entire knowledge structure and future study.

      物流运筹技术

      主要讲授运筹技术发展的历史及在物流领域的应用,线性规划及单纯形法、线性规划的对偶理论(外包业务)、运输问题、整数规划与分配问题、图与网络分析、动态规划和存贮论。重点讲授一般线性规划问题的建模、线性规划问题的单纯形解法、对偶问题的基本性质、运输问题、分配问题、最短路问题和网络最大流以及EOQ模型。

      Course Description: The course is to introduce the historyof development of operation techniques and application in the field of logistics, linear programming, simplex method and duality theory of linear programming (outsourcing), transportation problem, integer programming and distribution problems, graph and network analysis, dynamic programming and storage theory. It mainly focuses on the modeling of general linear programming problem, simplex method of linear programming problem, basic properties of the dual problem, transportation problem, assignment problem, short circuit and the network maximum flow problem ,and EOQ model.

      主要讲述管理学的发展和基本原理、决策技术、计划职能、组织职能、领导职能和控制职能等。通过本课程的学习,使学生了解管理学思想的形成和发展,理解管理的含义和性质,掌握管理学的特点;使学生了解计划的种类和程序,初步掌握影响组织结构选择的因素,熟练掌握有效沟通的原则、激励理论和领导方式;掌握管理控制目的和主要的控制方法。

      Course Description: The course mainly focuses on the development and basic principle of management science, decision technology, planning function, organization function, leadership function and control function, etc. Through the learning of this course, students can understand the formation and development of management ideology and meanings and nature of management, and master the characteristics of management science. Furthermore, they can understand types and process of planning, and master the factors which have impacts on the selection of organization structure, principles of effective communication, motivation theory, leadership style, control goal and major control methods.

      全面阐述了采购的基本概念和流程、采购计划及预算管理、供应商的评价和选择、采购谈判、采购合同管理、采购物品的验收、采购货款的结算、采购方式的选择等具体内容,重点介绍了招标采购和现代采购等具体方法,从理论的角度深入分析了采购管理与供应商的关系、采购价格与成本控制、采购绩效评估、项目采购、政府采购等内容。

      Course Description: This course expounds the basic concept of purchasing and process, purchasing plan and budget management, supplier evaluation and selection, purchasing negotiation, purchasing contract management, procurement items for acceptance, settlement of the purchase, selection of procurement methods, etc.It mainly introduces the specific methods of bidding procurement and modern procurement  andtheoretically analyzes the relationship between purchasing management and suppliers, purchase price and cost control, project procurement, government procurement, procurement performance evaluation, etc.

      主要讲授有关商品学的一般知识,商品的分类、商品质量、商品标准、商品检验、商品包装、商品养护、商品与环境、资源等;物料的基本知识、金属物料、非金属物料、胶凝物料、流体物料等内容。培养学生鉴别商品、正确使用商品、保养维护商品的能力;使学生掌握物料的物理化学性质、物料的特性、金属和非金属物料的保管和养护,以及物料的应用条件和适用场合。

      Course Description: This course mainlyfocuses on general knowledge of goods, including commodity classification, product quality, product standards, inspection of commodity, packaging of commodity, product maintenance, product and environment, resources, etc.Basic knowledge of the materials will be introduced as well, such as metal materials, non-metallic materials, gelling material, fluid material, etc. Through the course, students can master the ability of identification, correctly usingand maintenance of commodities, and enable them to master the characteristics of physical and chemical properties of materials, storage and maintenance of metallic and non-metallic materials, as well as the application conditions and scope of the materials.

      主要讲授物流系统工程的主要内容及其基本原理。物流系统工程概述、物流系统的概念及特点、物流系统分析、物流系统预测、物流项目计划、物流系统评价和物流系统决策等内容。重点讲授物流系统分析技术方法、物流系统预测方法和物流需求预测方法、计划评审技术和关键路线法、物流系统评价方法、风险型和不确定型物流决策。

      The course mainly focuses on logistics system engineering theories and basic principle. Summary of logistics system engineering, the concept and characteristics of logistics system, logistics system analysis, logistics system forecasting, logistics project planning, logistics system evaluation and system decision-making, etc. Especially, Focusing on the logistics system analysis method, the prediction method of logistics system and logistics demand forecasting method, plan review technology and the critical path method, the logistics system evaluation method, risk type and multi-parametric logistics decision.

      物流系统仿真

      主要讲授离散事件系统仿真,单服务台排队系统仿真方法,随机数发生器,随机变量的产生,输入数据建模,基本物流系统仿真算法,仿真结果与物流系统方案分析,离散制造系统仿真,Flexsim建模方法等内容。培养学生掌握建立物流系统模型原理和方法,掌握物流系统分析方法,训练学生建立物流系统模型的技能。

      Course Description: The course mainly focuses on discrete event system simulation, single desk queue system simulation, random number generator, generation of random variables, input data modeling, basic logistics system simulation algorithm, analyzing simulation results and logistics system solutions, discrete manufacturing system simulation, modeling approach with Flexsim etc. With learning in the course, the students are anticipated to master the principles and methods of establishing logistics system model, and master logistics system analysis method.

      林产品物流

      

      4学期

      

      主要讲授林产品的分类、特性、采摘设备、储存条件、包装技术、林产品运输、林产品贸易以及林产品效益评价,是物流工程专业行业物流方向的重要的一门专业课,通过本课程的学习,可以了解并掌握林产品供应链的关键环节和技术,填补学生对林业物流了解的不足,对拟投身林业物流研究的学生起到很好的知识铺垫作用。

      Course Description: The course is an important course of industry-logistics. It mainly focuses on the classification, characteristics, picking equipment, storage conditions, packaging technology of forest products, forest products transportation, forest products trade and forest products cost-benefit analysis.       本课程的学习使同学们能够掌握物流工程中关键问题的建模方法和Matlab求解方法。本课程主要内容包括Matlab基本操作、Matlab计算基础、Matlab绘图基础、Matlab程序设计、物流节点选址问题建模、仓储管理问题建模、运输配送问题建模等问题。

      计算机辅助设计

      本门课程包括两部分:AutoCAD和Pro/Engineer。AutoCAD部分主要讲授二维制图,包括基本绘图命令、绘图辅助工具、图形编辑、绘制和编辑二维图形等内容。Pro/Engineer部分主要讲授草绘环境、基准特征、实体特征和工程特征等内容。通过本门课程的学习,使学生熟练掌握AutoCAD和Pro/Engineer的基础知识,了解国内外AutoCAD和Pro/Engineer的进展情况,能够绘制比较复杂的二维机械图形及复杂的三维图形。通过上机训练,将所学的理论与实践结合起来,把自己的发明、创新用工程图形表达出来。

      Course Description:This course includes two parts: AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer. The part of AutoCAD mainly focuses on 2D drawings, including basic drawing commands, drawing tools, graphics editor, drawing and 2D graphics, etc. The part of Pro/Engineer mainly focuses on drawings environment, basic characteristics, physical characteristics and engineering characteristics, etc.Through this course, students can master the basic knowledge of CAD and Pro/Engineer, understand the progress of the development of CAD and Pro/Engineer, and draw complicated two dimensional mechanical design and general complicated three dimensional design.       本课主要讲解在物流工程技术、物流经济和管理、社会生活等各方面的丰富的统计问题及其统计建模方法,通过R软件对其问题进行求解,使学生获得从实际问题建模入手、到利用软件进行求解,以及对计算结果进行分析的全面训练。

      自动化仓库作为现代物流系统中的重要组成部分,它由立体货架、堆垛机、输送机、搬运设备、托盘、计算机控制系统及其他外围设备构成,能按指令自动完成货物的存储作业,并能对库存货位进行自动管理,在现代化企业中发挥了重大作用。本课主要讲解自动化立体仓库货架设计、堆垛机设计、电气控制设计、计算机控制设计、货架基础设计等内容。

      Course Description: Automatic warehouse is an important part of modern logistics system, and it consists of AS/RS, Stacker、Conveyor, Pallet, Computer Control System and other matching equipment. Automatic warehouse can execute storage activity according to computer directives, and manage ware location automatically. It will exert important effect in modern enterprise. The content of AutomaticWarehouseDesign and Operations course includes basic design, rack structure design, stacker design, electric design and computer control design etc.

      物流实验实训结合现代物流实验实训中心的设备与技术和物流实验实训系统设立的,包括现代物流实训系统管理方案;现代物流技术实验实训;现代物流综合实务实训三个部分。具体内容自动化立体仓库系统实训、电子标签选货系统实训、条码系统实训、无线手持终端系统实训、物流运输业务实训、现代物流实训系统国内配送业务、现代物流实训系统进出口业务。

      Course Description: The course of Training of Logistics Experiments is designed based on the equipment in the Center of Logistics Experiment and Training, associated technologies, and logistics experiment system, which includes management scheme of training system, experiment and training on modern logistics technology and comprehensive logistics operation.       Course Description: Through the combination oftheory andapplication, this course mainly focuses on the work principles of all kinds of sensors in the perceptual layer of the internet of things and wireless sensor network principleswhich are the importantsupporting technology of building the network layer of internet of things.       该课程面向物联网应用层讲授对物联网感知与网络层所采集、传输和存储的海量数据进行处理与分析的方法,并结合智慧物流、智能家居、智能交通、智慧农业等应用案例,讲授各种智能决策方法,提升决策方案的智能性和效率。所讲授的技术方法包括:数据可视化、数据可视分析、大数据技术、云计算技术等。通过本课程的学习,使学生能够系统地学习和掌握物联网中智能决策方法,能够运用数据可视化、数据可视分析等技术手段,独立完成决策方案设计与评价。

      主要从电子商务知识体系结构的构建入手,系统介绍电子商务系统运行的必要技术,并从经济和管理的视角对电子商务作了全面讲解。通过本课程的学习,使学生能够系统地学习和掌握物流活动中电子商务的关键技术,学习计算机网络、数据库、信息安全理论和技术在电子商务中的综合应用方法,掌握电子商务的商务模式的分析方法。

      本课程围绕物流成本管理的理论与方法,主要阐述物流成本管理的概念、分类,影响物流成本的因素及物流成本的计算方法,同时对物流成本的分析、预测与决策,物流成本的控制进行研究。

      Course Description: ERP sand table simulation adoptsan interactive teaching mode, which can help students experience the ERP management concepts in the game.
